This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn't work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren't too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren't pushy or "sales-y" in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I've heard of the "sales-person" coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn't changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven't experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We're excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!

Fair prices and great service. Their tech Raymond in particular has a great attitude, is extremely knowledgeable, and does an excellent job. Also their inside support staff (Jana) is prompt and very pleasant to work with.
We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team.
The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house.
The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done.
They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat.
We are very happy with how everything was handled by Fred Russo and his team from start to finish and plan to highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone who is considering the installation of a new A/C system.
AZ Perfect Comfort is an amazing company. Everything about it is highly professional. Fred came to our home and explained what our options were, what your company offered and the cost. When the time came, shortly after his visit, for us to replace our unit everything was already layed out for us to call to order our new unit.They communicated with us as to the time their service professionals would arrive at our home and they were not a minute late.
The 2 service professionals were so efficient, perfect gentlemen and I think my house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
I cannot give AZ Perfect Comfort enough praise. We came home from an extended leave on Wednesday afternoon to a non-working AC. After checking their reviews, I called Janna. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am Thursday. Dan arrived early and got right to work. It showed that he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained our options. We chose to replace the whole unit. Janna called me and set us up for installation the same day. Dan and Fred had us in cool comfort before the sun went down.
Fred, the sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came back to temporarily fix the 18 year old unit until it could be replaced. I had 4 estimates that varied by an amazing $5000 difference for the exact same unit and manufacturers. There are numerous people out there that try to take advantage of people BEWARE! The installers were on time, personable and experienced. They also brought a ac unit for 1 room. I highly recommend this company. The entire process(even office staff) made this a better experience than I imagined it would be.
I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your hvac repairs and maintenance. We had a condenser go out and they were super responsive. Jana could be the nicest and most helpful customer service rep ever and the technician's are also very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Raymond replaced our unit in the scorching sun with a friendly smile.

AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.
Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.
Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.
The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.
The temperature in our house is now more even that it ever has been. A much more comfortable home of my family. Thank you!
