Tim Stockton was very nice and professional. He explained his findings - did a thorough job during the AC checkup. He changed my air filters and even helped change a lightbulb I couldn't reach in my bathroom! I really appreciated his kindness.

Our 2 units were installed just over 2 years ago. We had them serviced twice a year and signed a service agreement for spring and fall preventive maintenance. The company provides professional service with integrity.
AZ Perfect Comfort Heating and Cooling is an exceptional company! Our Service Technician Kyle Dunnett went above and beyond to professionally install two air purification Reme-Halo LED's into our horizontal Heat Pumps. The attic space was small and difficult to move around in, but the job was completed correctly without complaint or additional charge. Very pleased, and looking forward to our next visit from AZ Perfect Comfort with the peace of mind knowing that we are breathing fresh filtered indoor air and with reliable heat pumps keeping our indoor temperatures comfortable. Recently our air conditioning unit went out and I wanted to go with a local company. From the initial phone call, thru the installation process, AZ Perfect Comfort made the process so painless. They were responsive, on-time, and professional through the whole process. Family owned, local businesses are important to me, so choosing AZ Perfect Comfort was a no-brainer.
AZ Perfect Comfort performed an HVAC system check for us. I received a text message with the tech's name and photo advising he'd be arriving in 10 minutes. ***, was very thorough explaining what he would be doing, then went to get his ladder and tools, upon completing the system testing he walked us through the test results and provided photos when appropriate. *** then provided a summary and recommendations on system maintenance. At no time did he attempt to sell any services or products.The amazing part is we had taken advantage of a special for a $26 inspection offered at a Senior expo. I feel that AZ Perfect Comfort did not skip any steps in the inspection. *** was very personable and professional.I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.
