I had a new American Standard HVAC installed today. The process started last week with Kyle, my technician, and he was awesome. Kyle was knowledgeable & patient; he spent the time to properly diagnose my broken AC. He then presented options to fix the old AC unit and options for replacement. Never did he try to "up sell" me through the process. Kyle's advice and trustworthiness is what distinguishes AZ Perfect Comfort's staff from the competition.
My installers (Jesse and Mike) were awesome as well! Jesse and Mike were very professional & trustworthy and made sure the installation was done properly. They were friendly and I was comfortable having them in my home. Even my dog loved them! ????

Seriously cannot say enough good things about this company. Used AZ Perfect Comfort for a full AC unit replacement. From Fred, who came out and gave us a quick estimate and was able to answer all follow up questions very knowledgeably, to Andrew and his crew who oversaw the installation, to the team at the office who communicated very professionally and promptly about all the appointments and timings. I found AZ Perfect Comfort while looking for a second opinion after another company, whom I had a membership with for a year but never needed till now, quoted me an absolutely criminal price on an HVAC blower motor.
Mike did my diag and repairs and couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. He even let me bug him to learn some HVAC basics since I'm a first time homeowner.
Celeste in the office was equally professional and accommodating. She was very patient with me asking a lot of questions about the replacement part, warranty, membership, etc. When I mentioned I need the unit fixed asap because it's been out for a week and I leave town soon, she made the quick turn around happen.
I spent 1/3 of the price of my original highway robbery quote, cancelled my other membership in favor of theirs, and they will be coming back in a month for a no charge check-up on the work and unit.
At the end of the day, these are honest people who give you fair prices, good and quick service, and don't try to pressure sell you.

We recently moved our business into an industrial property and the AC was not working. AZ Perfect Comfort had a technician out at the property on a Saturday within 2 hours of contacting them. The problem was diagnosed promptly and fixed efficiently and without gouging us in price. We will be utilizing AZ Perfect Comfort to maintain and repair this system moving forward without hesitation.
Our tech Kyle was INCREDIBLE. As a new mom I panicked when our AC went out on an incredibly hot day. I called and their coordinator (Steph) and she sent him out within the hour. We now have a tuned up unit and I couldn't be happier! So happy to have their membership for more peace of mind now too.
