This company is so great - locally owned and cares about their customers. Will go out of their way if you have a concern. So happy I bought my new AC unit from them instead of a promo from Costco. They actually matched the price and are so much better of a company to work with. Highly recommended!

I've known John for quite some time and I always told myself that when my contract is up with the other guys, I'm going with AZ Perfect Comfort. Not just because I know John but, because I know John would treat us right and not try to "up-sale" us at any given the chance. Garrett was our technician. He was punctual, knowledgeable and respectful a great guy to work with. Garrett went over some concerns that any 15 year old system would have. Not big concerns but, a couple of things I never would have thought about or was even told about that are causing wear and tear on the motors. Make sense to pay a little now for a fan cleaning than a whole lot later for a whole new fan and motor! I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your heating and air conditioning needs! Thanks guys for not only saving me money now but, saving me a whole lot of money in the future!
Every interaction weve had with AZ Perfect Comfort has been phenomenal from the initial consultation to the seasonal maintenance. AZ is no place to mess around with the cooling system in your home, we are so very grateful we found them when we did. 100 stars!

AZ Perfect Comfort heating & Cooling has provided me a reasonal price quote and were very friendly explaining every detail of the product before I made my decision. Technician Kyle Barber came on time and was very professional completing the installation. He along with Jessie finished the job in time and went over thoroughly testing the temperature differential and also set up a elevated base under the unit in the back yard. Great job AZ comfort!! Love AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling!!! Elana took my initial call and her customer service was above reproach!! I was not ready for services when I initially called but she remembered and followed up with me a month later. I was new to AZ and was in the process of purchasing a home. I told her what I was trying to do and she got me set up right away with their technician Ben - who is also super amazing!!! He let me know when he would arrive, and was on time!! He explained everything to me, even helped me with some questions I had that were "technically" not on the invoice. He
was very professional and kind, not to mention, very efficient with his time. They do what they say they are going to do and I 100% trust them and their service. It would take 10 pages to express my deep appreciation for the a/c unit installed at my residence on Veterans Day. In 70 yrs I have never had a company show so much compassion and caring for the customer. Ever since my first meeting of az perfect comfort , I have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. From the friendly receptionist to the field crew you cannot go wrong with this co. As for my installation, it was flawless , run like a well rehursed play. Done quickly and perfectly. Clean up excellent. From the first day this co has worked with me to make it possible for me to survive the hottest summer ever , altho being disabled and low income.
