Our air conditioner went out, needless to say a miserable night in this Phoenix heat so the next morning I called around for someone to come in right away and help. This company was very professional and worked on getting us someone quickly. Technician Kyle Dunnett came to the rescue. He was at our home within an hour and diagnosed what we needed, which turned out much less costly than expected and was able to fix it right then as well. They also didn't try to convince us of fake problems or upsell charges (which we've had in the past with other companies) We will definitely call them again if we needed. Thanks again Kyle!
What an amazing experience I had today with AZ Perfect Comfort. After having another company come out yesterday to fix the AC that had gone out, I knew a replacement unit was in my near future. I sent a request for a quote at 10 pm, and at 7:15 am I got a text asking how they could help. I was able to schedule a comfort advisor to come between 10-12 today. Fred arrived at the house promptly at 10, asked me what was going on, what had been done and then hopped up on the roof to measure the existing unit. He presented me 5 different options for a new unit, including pricing, financing and cash payment discounts. Once I had decided on the unit I wanted, I asked when the installation could be done and to my surprise, he said later today. I was not expecting that at all! By 1:30ish, Kyle and his partner (who's name I cannot recall) were at the house, working to disconnect the broken unit, installing the thermostat while they waited for the crane to arrive. Once the crane was there, they got the old one down, the new one up, connected the thermostat and everything was done by 4 pm-ish. I could not have had a better experience. All three gentlemen were professional, friendly and answered any and all questions I had. I am completely satisfied that I got a great new AC unit, from a trustworthy company and I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and coworkers. Thank you so much for all you do!
Fred, Kyle and his partner (I cannot remember his name, sorry) were amazing. Fred came out this morning at 10 am, gave me options for replacement units, including pricing and financing options and to my surprise, they were able to install the new unit and have it up and running by 4 pm. These gentlemen were friendly, professional, respectful of me and my home and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this company!

If you are looking for a company for HVAC needs, or like me, looking to make a switch from who you have used in the past, AZ Perfect Comfort is where to stop looking. It was my Handyman who told me this is the only AC company he would ever use so that was enough for me to check them out.
AZ Perfect Comfort is a Family-owned business and when I checked them out, I found exceptional customer service. From the telephone contacts with the Office Staff to the Professionals who came out to assess my needs and to do the work, they were friendly and attentive.
I contacted AZ Perfect Comfort to purchase and replace a current installed mini-split. Long story short, when the Professional Installers were about to start the process of removing and replacing, they noticed a possibility of why the current split wasn't working. After discussing and getting my approval to try the "fix" before making the new purchase, BAM, it worked! And is still working! I am so grateful for the service I received from AZ Perfect Comfort! They are definitely my new HVAC go-to Company and my recommendation to friends and family. Thank you again AZ Perfect Comfort!

I called for a service appointment and was able to get in right away! This was my 2nd time using this service and I was able to get my same technician/Tim. Tim is very thorough when serving my AC. He takes pictures and explains all the parts that he inspects and services. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, and skill.
