*Coils that are not regularly accessible due to tape, glue, located behind trusses, etc, will be subject to additional charge or coil cleaning may not be performed. Coils that are overly dirty may be subject to additional charge to be cleaned. Performing a coil clean on a coil with large debris, drywall dust, and other materials can do more harm than good. Coils in this category will require an upgrade to a level 2 or level 3 cleaning (if cleaning is possible).
**Limited to 1 lb per calendar year. Refrigerant cannot be added when signs of leaks are apparent. Leaks must be repaired.
