The company is very professional and I enjoy working with them. They contact me proactively for my semi-annual maintenance, and the scheduling is always convenient. Mike was the technician for my most recent service. He arrived on time and was methodical servicing our two systems. Afterwards, he summarized his activities, made one recommendation (non-critical), and described a special offering that the company is currently running…all done without being pushy. I would recommend them to anyone in the Valley who values quality customer service!
Kyle came out and did a fast, thorough job including cleaning the coils. I have the diamond membership so there was no charge on the service call.

Mother's Day was a balmy 97 degrees inside my house. From the moment I reached out this morning, the AZ Perfect Comfort Heating and Cooling team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Stephanie heard my Google Nest issue and reassured me a technician would be sent over same day. Who did she send? How do you spell Lifesaver? K Y L E! Not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire process. Whoever hired Kyle, knew a star when they saw one! He brought in Andrew and the duo team knocked the heat out of my house. As I write this, cool air is blowing in my face. Special thanks to a company that values its customers the way you do.
