Excellent customer service!
So pleased with Fred, operations mgr. who checked out a/c which was failing and presented options. Since unit was no longer under warranty we decided to go with new unit and service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend this company.
Home Warranty technicians came out after going without air 5 days and and said they found the problem and fixed it. And then two hours after they left warm air is blowing through air vents again. Callef AZ Perfect Comfor they arrived the next morning fixed the problem. And we're living happily ever after with cool air.
Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. I am Very Happy with their Professional, Quality Service, and Attention to Detail. Wow! Called on a Saturday evening for an emergency and they were out fixing my unit pronto! Great service and super friendly staff. Would recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your AC needs.
Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon and had a new system up and running by Monday afternoon. I called and talked with Robin late Friday afternoon. She had the Operations Manager out Early Saturday morning. Fred went over our options and we made the decision to get a new system installed. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. They are very professional and do not try to sell you something you don't need.

AZ Perfect has taken incredible care of my AC issues and maintenance. They are super responsive and professional. I had an ongoing "mystery" problem with my AC and they kept coming back until the mystery was solved and my AC was running perfectly. While they are good to give me options for upgrading my equipment, they are never pushy to try to sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to any and everyone.

The best thing you can do as a home owner to protect your equipment and avoid breakdowns is have be on a regular maintenance plan. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort and their 2x a year maintenance. They are professional, responsive, and keep my system humming along all year without downtime.
Of all companies we have dealt with in the past 25 years of owning our home, we have NEVER had this GREAT experience. Our AC unit was not cooling. Janna set up appointment. Fred and Leo were here right on time.
As we expected our 25 year old unit had ruined coils, rusted pan and no freon. Fred took his time and gave us all options. We decided to go with a new unit. Instead of telling us what we should buy, he gave us options again and let us decide.
After giving him our choice. Our new unit was installed in one day.
We can not express how easily this went.
If anyone has AC problems I would highly recommend Az Perfect Comfort.
