Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.
AZ Perfect Comfort was the most helpful company I have gone through! They were efficient and just amazing individuals! Our AC went out and they were able to come to replace it with a new one the next day. Everyone one I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And our AC unit is way better than the one we had! AZ Perfect Comfort is an amazing company. They are honest, have reasonable pricing and provide excellent Customer Service. Mack came out on Saturday, determined we needed a new Motherboard for one of our systems. Parts warehouse is closed on weekends, so it could not be ordered until Monday. He had the system up and running Monday morning. He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, efficient and leaves no mess behind. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all of your Air Conditioning and Heating needs.
SO helpful from the moment I called. After getting a very large quote from another company I called AZ Perfect Comfort for a second opinion and with in days had my new system on and running. I am so glad to have companies like this still around!

Quick to schedule! Raymond came to fix our leaking aai conditioner unit and found the issue straight away. Did a great job with the fix, so far working great. Was super nice, courteous and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would totally recommend.
AZ Perfect Comfort replaced an AC fan motor that was covered under warranty. They were professional, personable, timely and provided excellent communication. Mack was awesome to work with and powered through the repair in 110+ temps to get us back up and running. I will use them again when the need arises. Thanks guys!
Excellent service and Veteran owned. The technician went above and beyond the job. I have a new AC unit but he installed the Nexia wifi thermostat. While installing he identified a major wiring issued left by the previous guys. He fixed the issue, installed the thermostat and everything has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this company and upgrading to the Nexia thermostat.
I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your AC needs. Their staff was professional and friendly. We had an emergency and they came out to our house the same day. I was afraid I would need a new AC unit as mine is from 1997. They were able to repair my AC unit for under $300. I appreciated their honesty during my crisis.
The attic potion of our AC system died last Thursday. When the AZPC technician, Mack, verified this and put in an order for a new Trane, he left a portable AC and installed it in the hottest bedroom, to help us make it through the hot weekend until our new system - both outside and attic units - arrived and could be installed. The four-man team arrived at 6:45 Monday morning and could not have been more professional or worked harder than these men did. They were courteous, positive, and very helpful explaining our new thermostat and how to ease our new AC into running at our preferred level of cooling. They also thoroughly covered up their walkway and work area and then cleaned up the insulation, etc., that had fallen from the attic while they worked. When our packet of information arrived in the mail, we were thrilled to see that we now have a 14-year warranty (mostly transferrable) and a built-in semi-annual service plan. Our AC is running better than it ever has in the three years we have lived here. We are thrilled with our experience with AZ Perfect Comfort and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.
We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, "Why am I doing this?" Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.
The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.
So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.
