Fair prices and great service. Their tech Raymond in particular has a great attitude, is extremely knowledgeable, and does an excellent job. Also their inside support staff (Jana) is prompt and very pleasant to work with.
We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team.
The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house.
The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done.
They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat.
We are very happy with how everything was handled by Fred Russo and his team from start to finish and plan to highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone who is considering the installation of a new A/C system.
AZ Perfect Comfort is an amazing company. Everything about it is highly professional. Fred came to our home and explained what our options were, what your company offered and the cost. When the time came, shortly after his visit, for us to replace our unit everything was already layed out for us to call to order our new unit.They communicated with us as to the time their service professionals would arrive at our home and they were not a minute late.
The 2 service professionals were so efficient, perfect gentlemen and I think my house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
I cannot give AZ Perfect Comfort enough praise. We came home from an extended leave on Wednesday afternoon to a non-working AC. After checking their reviews, I called Janna. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am Thursday. Dan arrived early and got right to work. It showed that he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained our options. We chose to replace the whole unit. Janna called me and set us up for installation the same day. Dan and Fred had us in cool comfort before the sun went down.
Fred, the sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came back to temporarily fix the 18 year old unit until it could be replaced. I had 4 estimates that varied by an amazing $5000 difference for the exact same unit and manufacturers. There are numerous people out there that try to take advantage of people BEWARE! The installers were on time, personable and experienced. They also brought a ac unit for 1 room. I highly recommend this company. The entire process(even office staff) made this a better experience than I imagined it would be.
I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your hvac repairs and maintenance. We had a condenser go out and they were super responsive. Jana could be the nicest and most helpful customer service rep ever and the technician's are also very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Raymond replaced our unit in the scorching sun with a friendly smile.

Let me say it unequivocally: AZ Perfect Comfort provides OUTSTANDING services! They truly are committed to building long lasting relationships and "give back" regularly to our community. After 28 years... (yes my original unit was 28 years old) I decided it was time to replace it before it died when I least wanted it to. Customer Service, commitment, integrity and follow through are extremely important to me. And everything from the initial conversation, to follow up, quotes, answering questions, professionalism and communicating each step in a timely manner was impressive. I've had my unit for 1 year. Works perfect, electric bills have dropped and I love their friendly (but not pushy) tips and tricks to maintain the unit efficiently. Veteran owned, owners John & Robin and operations manager, Fred are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and their services. Excellent service. The tech sent a text to let us know he was on his way. Arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. He provided us with options and completed the repair fast. I highly recommend this veteran-owned business!
Called them to get a second opinion on a job that didn't seem right. They promptly came out and saved me a ton on money by showing me the repairs weren't needed. When my second ac unit goes out I will be calling AZ Perfect Comfort to come and replace it.
From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. Since I am selling the house I asked that he perform a full service.....he's very professional, very thorough and communicative. AZ Perfect Comfort is an excellent team.
