Everyone at AZ Perfect Comfort, from the first phone call to installation, was customer service oriented, responsive and professional. We signed up for the annual maintenance membership and purchased a new AC/Heating Unit which was installed on time and with no hassle. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort!
My husband and I had AZ Perfect Comfort out to our home to address a problem with our AC unit. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem the same day. The charge was very reasonable. The technician took pictures to show us what the problem was and what he had done to fix the issue. I know the owner John through membership in the Anthem Chamber. I wanted to have John's company out because he is a kind and trustworthy person. We had a great, easy experience from calling the office through completion of the work. We will be using them again in the future and highly recommend the company. Plus- John is a Veteran and we appreciate his service to our country and now our community!
AZ Perfect Comfort replaced both our units, and we couldn't be happier. We knew we had old units, so had AZ Perfect Comfort service both units. During our discussion, the tech advised us that usually late December through January, the manufacturers offer their best yearly discounts. Following his advice, we had our units replaced at a SIGNIFICANT discount to earlier in the year. AZ Perfect Comfort showed them selves to have OUR best interests at heart - how often can you say THAT about an HVAC company! Thanks to John, Robin & their crew. They've proven they deserve to be the ONLY HVAC company in my cellphone!

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! AZ PerfectComfort is now my goto company for any future service/repairs and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and neighbors for thier A/C needs. Veteran owned and operated by Robin and John. Honest and straightforward Business. The technician James was awesome, good attention to details, explained everything well, like what's good and not so good with the system. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Wow! Truly a blessing. I called them today after a horrifying experience with a scam artist HVAC company this morning. I had been without air for 1.5 days. The woman I spoke to initially was so nice and checked how far one of their technicians was from my address. I could not believe when she said he could make his way over TODAY. James showed up within 3 hours and could not have been more helpful. He was on my roof in the sweltering sun for a long time running tests and making sure everything was ok. It ended up being a very small fix but he was so extremely thorough, informative and kind. Thank you James and AZ Perfect Comfort!! Highly recommend.
I was impressed with both Justin and Fredrusso. Both with initial assessment and repair work. Had an older AC unit that had failed and needed replacement.
