Great company with awesome techs! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Tim has been out for our last few tune ups. He is honest and makes recommendations that we need, but that also make sense. We were referred by our neighbors and highly recommend them to everyone!
Tim from Az Perfect Comfort showed up right on time. He was very professional and pleasant. After completing the service he took the time to walk me through and explain every thing that was done and what the readings meant. I highly recommend Tim and Az Perfect Comfort.

Excellent! From the front office to the technicians. Not only did they replace my 3.5 ton split heat pump that required a crane, they return twice a year for a maintenance inspection at NO cost and follow up with a detailed inspection report with pictures of the component parts. Highly recommend you call them first.

We called AZ Perfect Comfort after they were highly recommended by a neighbor! Our heat was not working at all with a new system (less than 1 year old), and we had another company come out earlier in the week and told us we needed a whole panel replaced and was going to cost us $1,500. Tim came out within a couple hours of my call to AZ Perfect Comfort, and was absolutely amazing to work with. We didn't need to replace anything and he was able to give us much more information, fix our issue, help us set up maintenance for the system, and also we felt we were given the best guidance and support to keep our system functioning to its best ability. Highly recommend!!!!

The service technician was knowledgeable in **** systems. He wanted me to be with him as he went through the system check showing me what needed attention and what I could do myself. He explained that due to the age of the **** system and the type of refrigerant used, if there is a problem the system would have to be replaced. Which I suspected would be the case. He did recommend joining their service plan because if there were any repair or replacement the discounts would cover the cost of the service plan. He did not use any hard sales tactics to push the purchase of the service plan. Which I decline to buy since my **** system is covered by a homeowner warranty.
