Fred, Kyle and his partner (I cannot remember his name, sorry) were amazing. Fred came out this morning at 10 am, gave me options for replacement units, including pricing and financing options and to my surprise, they were able to install the new unit and have it up and running by 4 pm. These gentlemen were friendly, professional, respectful of me and my home and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this company!

If you are looking for a company for HVAC needs, or like me, looking to make a switch from who you have used in the past, AZ Perfect Comfort is where to stop looking. It was my Handyman who told me this is the only AC company he would ever use so that was enough for me to check them out.
AZ Perfect Comfort is a Family-owned business and when I checked them out, I found exceptional customer service. From the telephone contacts with the Office Staff to the Professionals who came out to assess my needs and to do the work, they were friendly and attentive.
I contacted AZ Perfect Comfort to purchase and replace a current installed mini-split. Long story short, when the Professional Installers were about to start the process of removing and replacing, they noticed a possibility of why the current split wasn't working. After discussing and getting my approval to try the "fix" before making the new purchase, BAM, it worked! And is still working! I am so grateful for the service I received from AZ Perfect Comfort! They are definitely my new HVAC go-to Company and my recommendation to friends and family. Thank you again AZ Perfect Comfort!

I called for a service appointment and was able to get in right away! This was my 2nd time using this service and I was able to get my same technician/Tim. Tim is very thorough when serving my AC. He takes pictures and explains all the parts that he inspects and services. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, and skill.

AZ Perfect Comfort responding quickly to my call for my AC unit not cooling. The Technician, Tim S., did a great job diagnosing the problem and the needed repairs. I would definitely use them again for Heating and Cooling needs.
