Recently our air conditioning unit went out and I wanted to go with a local company. From the initial phone call, thru the installation process, AZ Perfect Comfort made the process so painless. They were responsive, on-time, and professional through the whole process. Family owned, local businesses are important to me, so choosing AZ Perfect Comfort was a no-brainer.
AZ Perfect Comfort performed an HVAC system check for us. I received a text message with the tech's name and photo advising he'd be arriving in 10 minutes. ***, was very thorough explaining what he would be doing, then went to get his ladder and tools, upon completing the system testing he walked us through the test results and provided photos when appropriate. *** then provided a summary and recommendations on system maintenance. At no time did he attempt to sell any services or products.The amazing part is we had taken advantage of a special for a $26 inspection offered at a Senior expo. I feel that AZ Perfect Comfort did not skip any steps in the inspection. *** was very personable and professional.I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.

Had new heat pumps and AC installed 4 years ago and have has semi annual maintenance done since. Was very happy with the installation and services since that date. Have recommended this to yo relatives and friends.********

They contact me for my 6 month checkups and are always friendly and on time. They sometimes have trainees helping out.
Excellent service
We have used this A/C Contractor for 1 year. If we had any questions about an issue, the company always answered any concerns we had. They do not pressure you to purchase anything unnecessary, but simply advise what needs to be done and then they leave it up to us make our own decisions. In one case, the owner was involved in assisting us with getting information about our A/C unit warranty with the manufacturer even though the unit was installed by another contractor many years ago. They have always been professional and courteous. We intend to keep using them from now on.
