Initial visit: control board was not sending 24V to the gas valve. Follow-up visit: gas valve received 24V but did not send gas to the burners; valve electromagnet likely damaged by prior board failure.

Replaced the control board, restoring operation within manufacturer specifications. On a subsequent visit, replaced the gas valve and verified normal operation.
