Have more than one HVAC system? Adjust membership quantity for multiple systems. For homes with more than five systems, call our team for assistance.
* Evaporator-coil cleaning limitations: Coils that are not routinely accessible because of tape, glue, trusses, or similar obstructions may require an additional charge or may not be serviceable. Excessively dirty coils may require an upgraded level-two or level-three cleaning when cleaning is possible. Large debris, drywall dust, and similar contamination can make ordinary cleaning inappropriate.
** Refrigerant limitation: Limited to one pound per calendar year. Refrigerant will not be added when signs of a leak are present; the leak must be repaired first.

Standard and Diamond memberships include two maintenance visits per year. They can be used for air-conditioning and heating maintenance, or for seasonal heat-pump maintenance based on the equipment.
Which membership includes the Lifetime Repair Guarantee?
The Diamond membership includes the Lifetime Repair Guarantee for eligible covered repairs while applicable membership and maintenance requirements remain satisfied. Review the full guarantee details for conditions and exclusions.
What if my home has multiple HVAC systems?
Membership quantity can be adjusted for multiple systems. If the home has more than five systems, contact our team so we can help with the appropriate setup.
Will refrigerant be added if the system has a leak?
No. The Diamond refrigerant benefit is limited to one pound per calendar year, and refrigerant cannot be added when signs of a leak are present. The leak must be repaired first.
