Simple Requirements Help Keep Your Coverage Active
- Keep Diamond membership continuous. A lapse in the Diamond Comfort Club agreement voids the guarantee.
- Complete scheduled maintenance. AZ Perfect Comfort must be allowed to perform two preventive-maintenance visits each year.
- Use AZ Perfect Comfort for covered equipment. Service or maintenance by another provider may void coverage.
- Start with operating equipment. Equipment must meet manufacturer specifications before the agreement becomes valid; any work needed to reach that condition is the owner’s responsibility.
- Keep eligible repairs paid in full. Courtesy repairs that were not paid for are not covered.

Yes. The agreement requires continuous current-year Diamond Comfort Club membership. A lapse in membership voids the guarantee.

AZ Perfect Comfort must be allowed to perform two regularly scheduled preventive-maintenance visits each year on the covered equipment.
Can another contractor service the covered equipment?
The agreement requires AZ Perfect Comfort to be the service and maintenance provider for covered equipment during the guarantee term. Service by another provider may void coverage.
Does the guarantee cover every HVAC expense?
No. Coverage is limited to eligible repairs and excludes various items, outside damage, code upgrades, non-covered equipment, and other circumstances listed in the written agreement. Limitations apply.
