AZ Perfect Comfort has been great to work with. Our previous system was working hard to cool the house and after getting referred to these guys, we have them a chance. I was very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness and overall care they put into delivering us a new unit. I felt they were honest and transparent with pricing and took our concerns into consideration when recommending the specific unit for us.
Since the install of the new unit, our cooling bill dropped by hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend choosing Az Perfect Comfort for your Ac/heating needs. Family owned and operated and they treat you as such.

Highly satisfied with the customer service is an understatement! The customer service started with Alaina who listened to the heating issue I was having and quickly handled it by getting a service technician out the same day. Her customer service is second to none! I love talking to her. When Garrett, the service technician came he listened, was very efficient and my experience with his work was outstanding! He changed the problem into a solution and went above and beyond! This is my first AC company experience and I will always continue to choose them again and again!! You should pick them also and hopefully you will get Garrett! You'll love the experience with Alaina too!
Very professional and helpful. Told me my AC unit was really old (manufactured in 1991)and I should try to replace it before this next summer's terrible heat. But no pressure. I appreciated that and the replacement advice which I will follow now that the "new" more environmentally coolant units are being mandated in 2025. Saving pennies, nickels and dimes! :)
This company is so great - locally owned and cares about their customers. Will go out of their way if you have a concern. So happy I bought my new AC unit from them instead of a promo from Costco. They actually matched the price and are so much better of a company to work with. Highly recommended!
