We love this family owned business! We have a 1946 house in Phoenix and they fixed a long standing issue with our system and it works beautifully. So many other technicians tried to fix it and it never really worked. We are so grateful! And their team is fabulous. Also LGBTQ+ friendly which is super important when bringing someone in to our home to work. Thank you!
Definitely gets your needs corrected and is very informative about what product they use and suggest. Very trustworthy business for your ac needs and repair. We ended up chosing a mini spilt for our workroom!
New to ********************* meant learning a new HVAC system vs those used in the ***************. AZ Perfect Comfort sent the perfect technician that allowed me to stay with him as he serviced the various systems explaining to me each item he was checking and the why. After servicing multiple compressors and air handling units he took the time to walk through my home explaining how the multiple zones interact with one another, showing me how to set the thermostats to achieve the best way to minimize energy usage.Thank you AZ Perfect Comfort and your technician *** for doing things the way all contractors should treat customers. A family owned business I'd consider one of the leaders in their field of work.

AZ Perfect Comfort provides amazing service for something so integral to the Valley, HVAC~! The technicians doing maintenance are thorough and explain every aspect of operation of your unit. They also give you suggestions on how you can make your system more efficient and effective! No hard sales ever and the best part? They are veteran/family owned and give back to the community! It doesnt get much better than that!
We've been using AZ Perfect Comfort for a few years and purchase their "service agreement" so we get our unit serviced and checked a couple of times a year. When I pulled up into my driveway today I didn't recognize the van, but I recognized "Tim" and immediately knew we were in good hands once again.
