We recognize that our services are of a special and often emergency nature. We remain fully committed to fulfilling the needs of our community even as potential demand for our services may increase with more families staying home for extended periods of time.
More importantly, the safety of our employees and our customers is always our highest priority and we recognize that heightened diligence and focus on health and safety is required during these challenging times. We are actively monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local, Maricopa County, health officials. We have been proactively and continually implementing measures and developing plans to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and customers.
We require all technicians to be equipped with the following personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering homes or businesses as precautionary measures:
- Shoe covers
We are requiring employees to stay home or seek medical attention consistent with CDC and WHO guidelines if they are experiencing ANY symptoms such as shortness of breath, coughing, and or fever. Should there be concerns about any employee, please contact us at (602) 789-3000.
For the safety of our employees and customers, we will inquire to ensure that all occupants of a customer’s residence are not experiencing any upper respiratory symptoms and if one or more occupants of our customer’s residence are experiencing upper respiratory symptoms, we will reschedule for a later date. In addition to the above PPE, we are handwashing using the outside hose bib or inside faucet, if hose bib is not available. We also are adhering to the 6ft rule of social distancing and we do request this from our customers with our technicians. We are also using sanitizing wipes and allowing a verbal “OK” for acceptance of work instead of requiring a signature on our devices.
We will be limiting our service to emergency service requests during this time and allocating our resources to fulfilling such needs over other elective service requests, but please know, we are prepared to respond to customers’ needs as promptly as ever because we understand that HVAC systems are critical services especially as the Phoenix area begins to warm up.
We are tentatively scheduling our routine maintenance visits beginning in mid-April with first priority to our Perfect Comfort Club members. If you would like to join our Perfect Comfort Club and get priority scheduling please visit the Perfect Comfort Club page for more information.
Due to supply chain disruption, we have a limited supply of Reme Halo induct air purification solutions. The replacement bulbs for our customers who currently have Reme Halos are not available at this time. We are encouraging our customers to change their air filters monthly with at least MERV8 filters. Try to avoid the cheaper fiberglass filters at this time. If you need a replacement filter, you can purchase them online here with free delivery included.
We are all in this together. It is an unprecedented time for everyone. The situation is changing daily and we are working to make sure we are doing our part. We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you continue to receive the highest quality service from AZ Perfect Comfort, without disruption. We want to thank you for your continued trust in us.
